Shipping and Delivery
Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. FestiveMotion is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. See our Safety & Usage Guidelines for our 10-day arrival guarantee policy.
Returns and Refunds
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Custom-configured products are made to order and may have limited return eligibility. Contact us at info@festivemotion.com before initiating a return. Shipping damage claims must be reported within 10 days of delivery.
Warranty and Limitation of Liability
FestiveMotion products come with a 2-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. See our Warranty Coverage section for full details.
